George Edward Yankowski (born November 19, 1922 in Cambridge, Massachusetts) is a former Major League Baseball catcher. He played six games for the Philadelphia Athletics during the 1942 Philadelphia Athletics season and twelve games for the Chicago White Sox during the 1949 Chicago White Sox season. He served in the United States Navy during World War II.[1]
